For the past eight years, I have worked at Xbox (Microsoft) across multiple community and engagement orgs; including Xbox Support, Xbox Ambassadors, and now Xbox Digital Marketing.

My experience has allowed me to gain some skills I believe are crucial:

• Knowledge of how to build and support communities that are centered around a product/brand.

- Especially those in the gaming, tech, and digital media sectors.

• Serve and communicate with highly varied populations, groups, backgrounds, nationalities, identities, and even some space travelers.

• Manage the development and execution of digital engagement marketing campaigns.

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of community awareness and presence
